Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN).
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Experience in leadership roles in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Rounds and assesses units to evaluate patient conditions and staffing needs.
• Directs nursing personnel, responds to emergencies, and manages bed assignments.
• Coordinate with leadership during events and ensure quality patient care.
• Mentor nursing staff and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
