Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required.
• RN license in state of employment or a state nurse licensure compact required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the establishment and implementation of yearly goals for the units.
• Monitors operations of the unit and measures progress towards goals.
• Directs patient care in compliance with Joint Commission and state licensure requirements.
• Collaborates with Human Resources to recruit and hire qualified associates.
• Evaluates staff performance and promotes professional development.
