Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a PACE Nurse Manager to oversee the overall effectiveness of PACE clinical services and participant care, under the supervision of the medical director.

The role requires Arkansas RN licensure, experience with frail elderly populations, supervisory experience preferred, and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team; immunization clearance required.

Qualifications

• Must hold AR nursing license and be eligible to practice in Arkansas.
• Prefer at least one year working with frail and elderly populations.
• Prefer at least one year of supervisory experience in health care.
• Knowledge of physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be medically cleared of communicable diseases and up to date with immunizations.

• Oversee the overall effectiveness of PACE clinical services and participant care.
• Supervise the PACE Homecare Assistant Program under supervision of the medical director.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet participant needs.
