Qualifications

• Provide 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for the Main Operating Room.
• Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursing team.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate nursing staff; promote growth.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
