Responsabilités

• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance.
• Justifies needs for systems/equipment and oversees stock.
• Oversees staff relations, including performance management.
• Manages scheduling, recruitment, labor utilization/payroll and student engagements.
• Assists with developing department goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered.
• Evaluates patient and family needs and provides patient-centered care.
• Manages complaints and conflicts through to resolution.
