Job summary

Quorum Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and Endoscopy in Oregon. The role requires active RN licensure in Oregon, current BLS and ACLS, and leadership capabilities to run perioperative services.

You will lead nursing practice, manage scheduling, and ensure patient safety through CPR and emergency response readiness. This role emphasizes collaboration, policy development, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Oregon with current BLS & ACLS.
• Minimum leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical nursing and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee perioperative nursing practices and OR equipment knowledge.
• Provide clinical nursing care, CPR, emergency responses, patient assessment.
• Organize, prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage unit/staff scheduling and workload.
• Foster conflict resolution and clear peer communication.
• Maintain policies and procedures writing and updates.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication; use computer systems.
