Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience.
• Experience supervising staff or leading a team.
• Ability to develop staffing plans and manage audits/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgets and monitor adherence.
• Identify trends in patient outcomes related to audits, reporting and compliance.
• Manage payroll processes, time cards and scheduling accuracy.
• Lead staff communications, huddles and coaching with ongoing regulatory readiness.
