OHSU invites applications for a Nurse Manager in the Neurosciences units in Portland. You will oversee operations, staff, quality and fiscal management for inpatient units, ensuring safe, high-quality patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• BSN required to practice as RN.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience in a related specialty.
• One year of recent leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, preceptor, supervisor).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations in a large healthcare setting.
• Oregon RN license unencumbered.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Professional nursing leadership certification (e.g., NE-BC, CNML) within 2 years of hire.
