Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 2–3 years of Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• Florida RN license, ACLS and BLS required.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and budget to ensure appropriate coverage and efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering accountability and growth.
