Qualifications

This role is responsible for managing daily unit operations, staffing, budget performance, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and employee engagement. The Nurse Manager fosters a culture of service excellence, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while developing and mentoring nursing staff to achieve professional growth and organizational goals. Working collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership, the Nurse Manager drives patient satisfaction, supports strategic initiatives, promotes evidence-based practice, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards in alignment with Holy Cross Hospital's mission and core values.
