Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida with BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs unit activities for shift.
• Manages scheduling to balance acuity and staffing needs.
• Ensures compliance with safety, clinical, and regulatory policies.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to staff.
• Oversees onboarding and onboarding effectiveness for new employees.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient information handling.
• Collaborates with departments to resolve operational issues.
