Qualifications

• BSN required
• 2+ years NICU experience
• Recent acute care NICU leadership experience
• 2+ years nursing management or Charge Nurse experience
• Active Texas RN license or eligible multistate compact license

• Partner with department and nursing leadership on strategic goals.
• Support operations, quality improvement, and staff development.
