Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center seeks a Nursing Manager to lead and empower the nursing team to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on growth and operational excellence. You will mentor RNs, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for both patient and staff needs to drive development and unit success.

The role requires accountability, strong communication, and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a 443-bed acute care

Competenze

• BSN or equivalent nursing education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience; RN: AZ; BLS.

Mansioni

• Schedule nursing staff to shifts and monitor utilization.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Nursing Manager , you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.

Every day, you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals.

To be successful in this role, you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions. You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success.

• Schedules nursing staff to specific shifts, taking into account past utilization trends. Measures employee performance. Assists in the training of new staff members and the development of existing staff members.
• Coordinates the activities of the unit during a particular shift and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff.
• Assesses, monitors, and educates the nursing staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.
• Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Of Science Nursing or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and
• One (1) year of leadership experience
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred

• Supervisor or Manager experience
• Level III or Level IV NICU experience

Pay Range

$54.76 - $81.45 /hour
