Job summary

Mercer Medicine in Macon, GA seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the outpatient multispecialty clinic. The role oversees nursing staff, patient flow, and care delivery from intake through checkout.

The Nurse Manager will help shape clinic policies, recruit and mentor staff, and participate in budgeting and inventory management. Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree in Nursing, Georgia RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least five years of clinical nursing management with supervisory

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia is required.
• Five years of clinical nursing management experience.
• At least three years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse for Mercer Medicine clinic operations and patient flow from intake to checkout.
• Develop clinic policies and procedures for clinical care.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff; evaluate staff performance and provide mentoring.
