Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the MSICU/PCU. The role has 24‑hour accountability for patient care outcomes, service excellence, and staff development.

You will mentor staff, coordinate staffing, and support budget and quality improvement efforts on the MSICU/PCU. You must hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 2–3 years of progressive nursing leadership, and 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, with RN licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2–3 years progressive leadership in nursing in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years clinical nursing experience is required.
• RN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality patient care on MSICU/PCU to achieve outcomes.
• Lead unit clinical and administrative policies in line with organizational goals.
• Mentor and coach staff; support Nursing Quality, Safety & Service plans.
