Advocate Health in High Point, NC, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership in the 34021 High Point Medical Center – House Supervisors area. The role supports a patient-centered environment, implementing the Theory of Human Caring and nursing processes to improve care quality.

The position requires a BSN (MSN preferred), NC RN licensure, BLS, and 2 years of nursing experience, with opportunities for professional development and annual performance-based

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing—BSN or related field (MSN preferred).
• Two years of nursing experience required.
• NC RN licensure required.
• BLS required.
• National certification in Nursing Specialty within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership with the Nurse Manager to staff to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively across staff and departments.
• Coordinates nursing care with other disciplines and ensures quality of care.
• Promotes a culture of safety and patient rights.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality for patients and staff.
• Supports shared governance and staff development.
• Assists in budgeting for designated areas and monitoring expenditures.
• Encourages continuing education and best practices in patient care.
