Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
• BSN is required.
• Recent Labor & Delivery experience is required.
• Knowledge of maternal-child health nursing practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for all Maternity Services departments.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff, charge nurses, and clinical leaders.
• Drive quality, safety, patient experience, and colleague engagement outcomes.
• Manage staffing plans, scheduling, productivity, and departmental budgets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead departmental initiatives related to growth, operational excellence, and strategic goals.
