Atrium Health University City is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Maternity unit, NICU, lactation services and childbirth education. The role leads clinical and operational functions to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care with a focus on staff development and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in the state, MSN preferred, and progress toward MSN if not yet completed; BLS certification is required. Strong leadership and collaboration across disciplines are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Enrollment in MSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date and graduation within 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Lead maternity, NICU, lactation services and childbirth education teams.
• Promote a safe environment and maintain clinical competency.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, credentialing and staff development.
