Qualifications

Requires CCNE-accredited nursing program.
ASN or higher nursing degree required.
Active Maryland RN license.
Current AHA BLS/CPR certification.
5-7 years nursing experience in LTC/ Skilled Nursing/ Rehabilitation.
2+ years in nursing leadership or supervisory role.
Previous management experience required.
Gerontologic/rehabilitation expertise.
Strong communication with residents, families, staff.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and staff development.
Support and develop nursing staff and foster resident-family trust.
Lead LTC rehabilitation care with focus on quality and accountability.
