Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for Rehabilitation & Long-Term Care in Baltimore County, Maryland.

This full-time onsite leadership role focuses on guiding a skilled team through critical recovery stages from post-surgical rehab to stroke and cardiac recovery. The ideal candidate will lead with hands-on clinical leadership, foster teamwork and excellence, manage daily operations, and ensure quality and compliance with national standards.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• 5–7 years of nursing experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation.
• 2+ years of leadership, charge, or supervisory experience.
• Active Maryland RN License.
• Current BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric, subacute, rehabilitation, or memory care.
• 5+ years of LTC experience at the Assistant Nurse Manager level or above preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Partner across disciplines – collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, patients, and families to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Be a trusted leader – build strong relationships with staff and families through clear communication, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
