Job summary

Goddard House in Brookline, MA is seeking an Assistant Resident Care Director (Nurse Manager, LPN, RN) to lead our resident care team. You will collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop a comprehensive care program for seniors, including Alzheimer's and dementia care residents, while coaching CNAs and HHAs and coordinating with families and providers.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN or RN license in Massachusetts, bring senior living experience, and demonstrate strong leadership,

Qualifications

A passion for working with seniors. Collaborative mindset that values teamwork.
Excellent communication skills and ability to train and support caregiving staff.
Experience in a senior living environment and MA nursing license required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a comprehensive care program for residents, including Assisted Living and dementia care.
Provide training and support to CNAs and HHAs; liaise with families and care providers.
Partner with Resident Care Director to drive quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
