Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN or LPN) to support our Resident Care team. You will provide direct care, help manage a comprehensive care program and mentor CNA/HHA staff in a safe, home-like environment.

Qualified candidates hold an active MA RN/LPN license, have 1+ year experience with elderly or Alzheimer's populations, and communicate effectively with residents, families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Certification: MA-licensed RN or LPN with active license.
• 1+ year experience caring for elderly or Alzheimer's populations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing, directing and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
• Train and supervise Resident Care Associates (CNA, HHA).
• Serve as liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians and care providers.
