Job summary

Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in Wray, CO is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Long-Term Care unit. This Full-Time role (40 hours/week, day shifts) supports the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily Nursing Services in compliance with state and federal laws.

Colorado or Compact RN with BLS is required. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment, relocation reimbursement up to $5,000, and company housing availability.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• RN license valid for CO or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight.
• Manage emergencies and provide on-call support.
• Review and coordinate individualized care, assessments, and MAR.
• Participate in quality improvement programs to enhance safety and resident outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with establishing and updating policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports.
• Mentor and evaluate staff, including schedules and assignments.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with families, physicians, and staff.
