The ideal candidate is an RN or LPN with 5+ years of nursing experience and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN graduation and license.
• 5+ years nursing experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop the Nursing Department schedule, inventory, and equipment needs.
• Hire and onboard nursing staff; manage day-to-day staffing including callouts.
• Participate in staffing plan development to meet patient care needs.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and contribute to group discussions.
• Lead competency training and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
