Ascension is seeking an RN leader for the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn units in Anderson, IN. This full-time days role focuses on coordinating nursing operations, advancing professional growth, and driving safety through audits and standardized workflows.

You will partner with leaders to ensure optimal staffing, patient flow, and high-quality care in a high-acuity setting. Innovative practice and compassionate patient care are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure and BLS within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
• Advanced Life Support preferred; TN local exception noted where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily nursing operations across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn areas.
• Develop and coach clinical teams; perform evaluations and guide professional growth.
• Drive quality improvement through audits and refined care processes.
• Address immediate patient needs in high-acuity environments for seamless care.
