The role includes discharge planning with the healthcare team and a focus on high-quality obstetric care. Minimum requirements include Indiana RN licensure and BLS completion within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire.
• Registered Nurse credentialed with Indiana Board of Nursing prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans; communicate patient condition.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team.
