Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) – Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for a 24-bed General PCU.
• Lead opening and ongoing operations of Weaver Tower 6.
• Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care and staff development.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate nursing staff; promote growth.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; monitor quality metrics.
