Ideal candidate has RN licensure, BSN, BLS/ACLS, and NE-BC preferred, with a track record in acute care leadership and compassionate team building.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with BSN required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Nurse Executive Certification (NE-BC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for a 24-bed General PCU.
• Lead opening and ongoing operations of Weaver Tower 6.
• Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care and staff development.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate nursing staff; support growth.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and unit budget.
• Address patient and family concerns; promote satisfaction.
