Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Conexiones ITS nursing and recovery staff.

You will supervise nursing, unit management and recovery specialists, implement care plans, and coordinate with the Medical Director and PMHNP to ensure high-quality patient care. You will oversee medication management, vitals monitoring, and nursing documentation while mentoring staff and contributing to continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced inpatient setting

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse required.
• Supervision responsibilities; nurses, unit managers and recovery specialists as delegated by Medical Director/Designee.
• Experience in a co-occurring enhanced ITS program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing and recovery specialist operations.
• Collaborate with Program Director to develop and improve Nursing SOPs.
• Mentor and onboard nursing, unit management and recovery staff.
• Provide hands-on coaching and secure patient care delivery.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and coordinate tasks.
• Monitor vitals, withdrawal symptoms, and medication administration.
• Maintain complete nursing assessments, med records, and documentation.
• Lead or co-lead client groups and participate in MDT meetings.
