AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an RN leader to grow with our Clinical Ladder program. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria.

Up to $12,500 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates. Schedule: Full-time; Day shifts. RN leadership responsibilities and infusion therapy expertise are central to this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
• 1+ nursing experience within the acute care setting.
• RN licensure and BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Mentor and precept new staff, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies.
