Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time nurse leader to manage clinical operations and lead vein access and infusion therapy within the RN scope. This role offers a structured Clinical Ladder with opportunities for salary advancement based on experience and performance.

Eligible clinicians may receive up to $12,500 sign-on and $3,000 relocation assistance, with 12-month full-time contract terms for eligibility. Schedule is days, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapies.
• Assess patient conditions and tailor venous access methods.
• Develop individualized care plans for infusion therapy.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Mentor staff and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Foster professional growth and organize training.
• Resolve staff conflicts and maintain team cohesion.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives.
