Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor IV therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patients and select appropriate venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding.
