Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado seeks an experienced RN to lead a unit and manage venous access and infusion therapies in an acute care setting. This full-time daytime role offers a clinical ladder pathway, ongoing professional development, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where practicing
• 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience preferred
• 1+ nursing experience in the acute care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy
• Mentor and precept new staff and foster professional development
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical standards are met
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
