Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer or member/patient service experience.
• RN License (California) required at hire; Basic Life Support required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead development opportunities; build cross-functional relationships; provide feedback and coaching to drive performance.
• Translate business plans into tactical actions; manage budgets and resources; ensure policies are followed.
• Oversee ambulatory operations; drive timelines, workflows, and performance targets; manage payroll and budgets.
• Develop standardized care delivery; partner with physicians and service area leaders; monitor resources for appropriate utilization.
• Lead long-term strategic projects to improve quality, service, and efficiency.
