Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years acute care clinical experience; 1+ year supervisor or charge nurse.
• ICU/5S: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS within 30 days; PALS and NRP by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational delivery of high‑quality patient care.
• Support CNO and department leadership in planning and collaboration.
• Develop staff and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Title 22, CDPH, and accreditation standards.
