Castle Peak in Eagle, CO, part of Cassia, seeks a Registered Nurse Manager to support independence and dignity for residents in a loving community. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure high standards of care for older adults.

The position is full-time, with on-call rotation, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $135,000 with a $10,000 bonus, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing License is required.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Self-starter and team player with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and mentor nursing staff.
• Coordinate, supervise, and ensure resident-related care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care using charting software and ensure accuracy.
