The RN will be responsible for providing patient-focused nursing care to patients with various surgical needs, including Laparoscopic Cholecystectomies, Tracheostomies, kidney and liver transplants, and trauma patients. RNs on this unit can learn about a wide range of surgical procedures and techniques, which can enhance their expertise and contribute to their professional development.
