Job summary

Talent One Services is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse Manager for our hospital in Asheville, NC. This leader will provide clinical and operational oversight of the fast-paced ER, driving staffing, patient flow, quality, and safety.

The role requires NC RN licensure and at least 2 years of hospital nursing leadership experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with physicians and leadership.

Qualifications

Salary: Approximately $122,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Nights | 4:00 PM-2:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department in Asheville, NC.

This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, daily ER operations, staffing, patient flow, quality, and patient safety. The Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership while developing staff and promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work the 4:00 PM-2:00 AM night schedule.
