Job summary

Talent One Services is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse Manager for our hospital in Asheville, NC. This leader will provide clinical and operational oversight of the fast-paced ER, driving staffing, patient flow, quality, and safety.

The role requires NC RN licensure and at least 2 years of hospital nursing leadership experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with physicians and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license or multi-state compact license.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Emergency Department clinical and operational activities.
