A leading acute care hospital in Dallas, part of one of the largest health systems in the country, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead its high volume Emergency Department. This is a chance to take ownership of a large, fast-paced ED with strong system support, a collaborative physician group, and a real voice in how the department runs.

Qualifications

BSN required.
Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and employee performance.
Build collaborative relationships with physicians, patients, and hospital leadership.
Develop and implement departmental policies and best practices.
Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Monitor department metrics, patient satisfaction, and throughput.
Assist with budget preparation and fiscal accountability.
Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
