Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead Emergency Services for a large tertiary healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas. This leadership role requires a nursing professional with strong emergency care experience and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

The Nurse Manager will provide overall leadership for Emergency Department services, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient patient care, while collaborating with nursing leadership, physicians, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Advanced nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS/PALS certifications within specified timelines.
• TNCC certification within 18 months.
• 5+ years of progressive nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate daily nursing operations within Emergency Services.
• Direct patient care activities in accordance with nursing standards and policies.
• Develop policies to support quality improvement and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with physicians and clinical leaders.
• Supervise and develop nursing staff, including supervisory-level team members.
• Address operational, staffing, and patient care concerns promptly.
• Participate in budget planning and resource management.
• Monitor quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote patient safety, teamwork, and high-quality care.
