Job summary

WCS Healthcare Partners in East Orange, NJ seeks an experienced ED leader for a full-time role guiding operations, patient care, and staff development.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and hospital administration, providing weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

BSN required with 5+ years ED experience; RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS; CEN/IV preferred; opportunity to drive quality and performance in a growing community health system with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department experience.
• Prior ED leadership/management experience required; 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• CEN certification preferred.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Strong experience with staffing, performance management, patient throughput, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
