RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Nursing Prof Dev Practitioner to serve as Educator in the Develop Innovation & Research department at Community Medical Center. The educator will oversee the Emergency Department and guide education initiatives.

Required BSN with MSN preferred, and recent ED experience (3+ years). BLS/ACLS/PALS and NJ RN License are mandatory; salary range reflects New Jersey practice. This role includes a day shift and salaried status.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• National Certification in Nursing Professional Development and/or clinical specialty preferred.
• Recent Emergency Department experience (at least 3 years within the past 5 years).
• Strong clinical skills in Emergency Services.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support new staff in ED.

Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Educator RN for the Develop Innovation & Research department at Community Medical Center. This Educator will oversee the Emergency Department.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state's newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County's largest and most active health care facility-caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BSN required; MSN preferred
