Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager in Folsom, CA to lead the nursing unit, oversee operations, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes staffing, delegation, policy compliance, and collaboration with other managers to meet daily objectives.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, active RN licensure in CA, 1+ year of nursing management experience, 3+ years of nursing experience, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Vibra promotes growth and Excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or in current program with a completion date of 2 years required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing management experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operations for the assigned nursing unit and ensures the delivery of efficient, high quality patient care.
• The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Works with employees and other managers to develop systems and procedures necessary for daily operations, and provides training, information and support to solve problems and accomplish assigned objectives.
