Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arizona RN license or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience minimum.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the assigned nursing unit.
• Promote patient-centered care and maintain patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Monitor quality and care trends; implement improvement plans.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource use.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
