Bon Secours is seeking a Manager Nursing at St. Mary's Hospital Richmond. This leadership role requires supervising the nursing team, coordinating operations, and driving clinical outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, a current RN license, and demonstrated 3 years of leadership with a track record in patient care excellence. Preference given to MSN or Health Administration candidates and to specialized unit certifications.

Competenze

• Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required).
• 3 years minimum experience as a professional nurse with leadership capabilities (required).
• Bachelor of Science Nursing (required).
• Masters of Science Nursing or related field preferred.
