Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice or compact license
• BLS certification (preferred on hire)
• Unit-specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC) preferred
• National Board Certification or specialty certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate administrative and operational activities in assigned areas
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to ensure safe and effective care delivery
• Spend approximately half time in clinical capacity and half in administrative support
• Lead a team of nurses and clinical staff
• Plan and monitor unit/department goals and readiness for regulatory surveys
• Serve as mentor and clinical resource for staff
• Promote a culture of safety and high reliability
