Job summary

Providence Crisis Recovery Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead nursing teams on a shift, applying the nursing process to provide safe, high-quality patient care. You will support the director in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating unit services in a patient-focused environment.

The role requires a BSN or higher, Alaska RN license, and BLS certification on hire. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are expected in a fast-paced acute setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required or equivalent.
• Alaska RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and operational activities on assigned shift.
• Provide managerial presence and support for all shifts.
• Assist the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services.
