Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to oversee clinical and operational activities during the assigned shift. The ANM provides managerial presence, coaches and mentors staff, and drives adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Joining Providence means contributing to patient-focused, whole-person care delivered with understanding and respect. A BSN and Alaska RN license are required, with BLS certification obtained upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS or BSN).
• Alaska RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.

• Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shift.
• Provide managerial presence for all shifts and supervise caregivers.
