Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional nursing practice with 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience.
• Active RN license in Georgia; BLS required.
• ACLS may be required for some departments; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and develop teams, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Oversee clinical and operational workflows to ensure efficient patient care.
• Monitor performance, quality, safety, compliance, and financials within area of responsibility.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute operations within budget in collaboration with triad leadership.
• Foster an inclusive environment and promote staff well-being and professional growth.
• Provide ongoing education and training to nurses and ensure regulatory knowledge.
